The highly anticipated Seiko 5 Sports x FTC collaboration has finally received official US pricing, answering the last remaining questions since the collection's initial launch in June. Restricted exclusively to the US and Japan with no wider release planned, these limited-edition timepieces have even been given their own dedicated microsite by Seiko, rather than being folded into the standard 5 Sports catalog. Positioned at the upper end of the 5 Sports lineup—yet remaining more affordable than Seiko's Prospex or Presage collabs—the watches are available in two distinct variations.

HDB011J8
HDB011J8
HDB012J8
HDB012J8

The first model, the two-tone silver and gold HDB011J8, features a sleek black dial and is limited to just 860 pieces worldwide at a price of $460. For a slight premium, the HDB012J8 offers a bold, fully gold-toned finish with a striking burnt orange dial, limited to only 663 pieces for $500. Both watches utilize the classic SKX-series 5 Sports case and are powered by Seiko’s reliable 4R36 automatic caliber.

FTC’s signature "FOR THE CITY" branding makes its mark on both the timepieces and their presentation. The casebacks feature exclusive FTC stamps—stamped in red on the two-tone HDB011J8 and in tone-matched gold on the all-gold HDB012J8. Furthermore, each watch receives unique, collaboration-specific packaging. The HDB011J8 arrives in a black box marked "FOR THE CITY," while the HDB012J8 ships in a maroon box that includes a specially branded cleaning cloth.
