Triumph has introduced the updated 2026 Daytona 660 in India at an ex-showroom price of ₹9.99 lakh. The new motorcycle replaces the previous version and is priced ₹11,000 higher than its predecessor, which was sold at ₹9.88 lakh. Despite the small price increase, Triumph has added several important upgrades to improve the bike’s handling, equipment and overall riding experience.

One of the biggest changes is the addition of adjustable Showa front forks. The 41 mm upside-down forks now offer compression and rebound damping adjustment, allowing riders to fine-tune the suspension according to their riding style and road conditions. The suspension travel remains unchanged at 110 mm, while the rear continues to use a preload-adjustable monoshock with 130 mm of travel.

The 2026 Daytona 660 also gets new Metzeler M9RR tyres, replacing the Michelin Power 6 tyres used on the earlier model. These tyres are expected to offer strong grip during cornering and improved stability during spirited riding. Another major update is the bi-directional quickshifter, which is now offered as standard equipment instead of being available only as an optional accessory.

There are no mechanical changes to the engine. The motorcycle continues to be powered by Triumph’s 660cc inline three-cylinder engine, producing 95 bhp and 68 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox and is designed to offer a balance between sporty performance and everyday usability. The Daytona 660 also retains its steel perimeter frame, twin front disc brakes and radial brake callipers.

The riding position remains sporty but practical enough for regular road use. With its updated suspension, new tyres and standard quickshifter, the 2026 Triumph Daytona 660 aims to offer a sharper and more engaging riding experience without making major changes to its proven engine package. The motorcycle is available in three colour options: Aluminium Silver with Sapphire Black highlights, Cosmic Yellow with Sapphire Black highlights and Sapphire Black.
