BMW Motorrad Teases F 450 RR Ahead of October 15 Launch

BMW Motorrad has teased a new fully faired motorcycle, widely expected to be the upcoming F 450 RR, ahead of its scheduled unveiling on 15 October at 8:30 PM IST. The teaser, shared on BMW Motorrad’s official social media channels, gives a glimpse of the motorcycle’s aggressive design and sporty silhouette, building anticipation among enthusiasts.
The F 450 RR is expected to become the sportiest model in BMW’s growing 450cc motorcycle family. It will reportedly join the F 450 GS adventure motorcycle and the F 450 R roadster, giving the platform a complete line-up across different riding styles. The teaser appears to show a sharp front fairing, aerodynamic winglets and a focused, race-inspired design.
Power is likely to come from the same 420cc parallel-twin engine expected in the F 450 GS and F 450 R. The engine could produce around 48 hp and 43 Nm. The RR version is also expected to receive sportier riding ergonomics, revised suspension settings and improved aerodynamic performance compared to its naked sibling.
The motorcycle is likely to be manufactured at TVS Motor’s facility in India, continuing the partnership between BMW Motorrad and TVS. While the global unveiling is scheduled for October 15, an India launch could take place in 2027. BMW is expected to reveal more details about the F 450 RR’s features, performance, pricing and availability during the official debut.
