Citizen Expands "The CITIZEN" Lineup with the New AQ4100-65X Limited Edition

Citizen has officially launched the AQ4100-65X, a new limited-edition addition to "The CITIZEN" collection. This release utilizes Citizen's proprietary materials and solar-powered movement technology to deliver a highly accurate, low-maintenance timepiece.

The AQ4100-65X is constructed with a 38.3mm silver-tone Super Titanium case featuring a 22mm lug width. Treated with Duratect Platinum, the Super Titanium material provides enhanced scratch resistance. The case is water-resistant to 100 meters (10 Bar / 333 ft), making it suitable for swimming and snorkeling.

The timekeeping is driven by the Caliber A060 Eco-Drive movement. This caliber is powered by any light source, eliminating the need for battery replacements. It operates with a high-precision annual accuracy rating of ±5 seconds. The movement features a perpetual calendar, a power reserve indicator, an overcharging prevention function, shock detection, automatic hand position adjustment, time difference correction, and a midnight sharp calendar update function.

The dial is deep red and features the physical texture of ultra-thin Tosa Tengujoshi paper. It is marked with "The CITIZEN" eagle logo above the 6 o'clock position. A spherical sapphire crystal, raised within the bezel, protects the dial.

For the bracelet, Citizen equips the AQ4100-65X with a matching Super Titanium band treated with Duratect Platinum. It secures to the wrist via a fold-over clasp with push buttons.

The AQ4100-65X is a limited-edition release, restricted to 350 unnumbered pieces worldwide. It carries a retail price of $2,995.00 USD.
