Omega Seiki Mobility Secures ₹50 Crore to Fuel EV Expansion and Potential Public Listing

Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM), one of India’s leading electric commercial vehicle manufacturers, has raised ₹50 crore in fresh funding to support its next phase of growth. The round was led and managed by Abhishek Misra, SKG Asset Management and Unistone Capital, with participation from several prominent family offices and institutional investors. This is OSM’s second ₹50 crore fundraise in just two months, highlighting strong investor confidence in the company’s business strategy.

Founded in 2018 by Dr. Uday Narang and backed by the Anglian Omega Group, OSM plans to use the funds to expand manufacturing capacity, strengthen research and development, widen its dealer and service network, and launch next-generation electric mobility products. The company currently operates 150 touchpoints across India and aims to increase this number to 250 by FY28. It is also evaluating expansion into international markets, including Africa, while developing its overseas manufacturing presence in Dubai.

The funding comes as OSM reports improving financial performance. The company recorded approximately ₹333 crore in revenue in FY26, representing 13% year-on-year growth, and has turned profitable at the PAT level despite supply-chain challenges and rising input costs. With a growing portfolio of electric cargo three-wheelers, passenger vehicles, premium electric two-wheelers and light commercial vehicles, Omega Seiki Mobility is positioning itself to benefit from India’s expanding electric vehicle market while advancing its plans to explore a future public listing.
