The Peugeot RCZ Vision is an all-electric concept car developed to demonstrate the automaker’s upcoming "Feline Future" design language and next-generation technological architecture. Rather than p

reviewing a direct production model, the vehicle serves as a structural and mechanical manifesto, outlining the aesthetic and engineering principles that are expected to define Peugeot’s future electric vehicle lineup.

Externally, the concept reinterprets the silhouette of the original RCZ coupé. It retains the signature double-bubble roof for aerodynamic efficiency while introducing a modernized, low-profile stance. The exterior design incorporates an active rear spoiler that deploys strictly for aerodynamic optimization, alongside ultra-slim LED elements that refine the brand's traditional three-claw light signature into a sharper, more minimalist format.

The interior architecture centers on the latest iteration of the PEUGEOT i-Cockpit, which prioritizes driver focus through significant ergonomic overhauls. The conventional steering wheel is replaced by the "Hypersquare," a rectangular control unit paired with steer-by-wire technology to reduce required hand movements. Vital vehicle telemetry is displayed on a Transparent Micro LED cluster positioned directly in the driver’s line of sight. The cabin interface is managed via a floating central display and a frosted-glass console featuring machined aluminum physical controls, accompanied by a custom dashboard timepiece designed by French watchmaker SERICA.

Mechanically, the RCZ Vision is built upon the STLA One modular platform and introduces a 1,000V electrical architecture. Power is stored in a highly compact, 110mm-thin solid-state battery designed to maximize energy density while minimizing physical volume. Peugeot states this configuration generates 500 horsepower and an estimated combined WLTP range of up to 372 miles. Furthermore, the solid-state infrastructure supports ultra-fast charging capabilities, reportedly allowing a 10% to 80% state of charge in under 10 minutes.

Ultimately, the RCZ Vision functions as an engineering baseline for Peugeot. By integrating solid-state battery technology, steer-by-wire mechanics, and a revamped digital interface, the concept establishes a concrete technical roadmap for the brand's transition into advanced electric mobility.
