The VLF Strada is bringing a practical battery solution to India’s electric scooter market with its higher-spec Max variant. The scooter gets two removable lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery packs, each rated at 2.16 kWh, giving the Strada Max a combined capacity of 4.32 kWh. This setup offers a claimed IDC range of up to 250 km, making it suitable for both daily city travel and longer rides.

The removable battery design adds convenience for owners who may not have access to a charging point near their parking space. The packs can be charged while installed on the scooter or removed and charged separately. The City version with one battery takes around three hours to charge, while the Max with two batteries takes approximately six hours.

Power comes from a BLDC hub motor producing 4.8 kW of peak power and 34 Nm of torque. The VLF Strada has a claimed top speed of 85 km/h, along with front and rear disc brakes supported by a Combined Braking System. It also comes with a 5-inch TFT display, multiple riding modes, USB charging ports and a reverse function.

With its dual removable LFP battery setup, the VLF Strada Max focuses on solving one of the biggest challenges for electric scooter users: convenient charging. The combination of extended range, removable batteries and everyday-friendly performance makes it an interesting option for riders looking to switch to electric mobility without giving up flexibility.

Priced from ₹1,19,999 to ₹1,55,500 (ex showroom) across four colours including Carbonio Black, Urbano Silver, Luna White, and Titanio Grey, the VLF Strada skips the flashy gimmicks and focuses on practical range, safer battery chemistry, and convenient home charging.
