Timex Expands the Deepwater Collection with the New Arctic 200

Timex has officially launched its newest iterations of the Deepwater Arctic 200, bringing two new dial and strap configurations to the collection. This release updates the retro-style Deepwater Arctic line with dégradé dials and synthetic rubber straps.

The Deepwater Arctic 200 collection utilizes a 40.5mm brushed stainless-steel case. Crafted from tarnish-resistant and hypoallergenic stainless steel, the case incorporates finely polished edges and a sturdy crown guard. A sapphire crystal covers the dial, and the watch carries a water resistance rating of 200 meters.

The watches are powered by a battery-operated quartz analog movement, which maintains timekeeping accuracy to within milliseconds per day.

The dial layout features a dégradé gradient finish. For visibility in dark environments, both the hands and the hour markers are treated with a luminescent coating that glows aqua.

For the strap, Timex equips these models with a UV-resistant HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) synthetic strap. This specific material provides enhanced resistance to water, heat, corrosion, and UV rays. The strap can be adjusted to fit wrist circumferences ranging from 150mm to 205mm (5.9 in to 8.1 in).

The collection debuts with two distinct variants. The line offers a deep blue gradient dial paired with a blue HNBR rubber strap (TW3A01900) and a smoky gray gradient dial paired with a black HNBR rubber strap (TW3A02000).
