Timex Expands the Q Collection with the Continental Chronograph 36mm

Timex has added to its Q Timex collection with the release of the Continental Chronograph. Available in a 36mm format, this new addition brings an angular, integrated aesthetic to the lineup while incorporating a tachymeter function for measuring average speed.

The watch is built around a 36mm brushed stainless-steel case that features polished edges. The case is constructed from tarnish-resistant, hypoallergenic stainless steel and is topped with a flat mineral glass crystal. Surrounding the dial is a stationary bezel equipped with a tachymeter index that integrates directly with the chronograph function.

The dial displays a radial CD texture and utilizes a twin sub-dial layout. Time is tracked via faceted metallic hour markers and luminant-treated hands designed for visibility in low-light conditions. Powering the watch is a standard quartz chronograph movement.

For the strap, Timex utilizes a tapered and integrated brushed stainless-steel bracelet that visually merges with the angled case architecture. The bracelet is adjustable and designed to accommodate wrist sizes ranging from 142mm to 205mm (5.6 inches to 8.1 inches).

The Continental Chronograph collection debuts with two distinct variants. The line offers an ice blue dial with contrasting black sub-dials (TW2Y92400) and a reverse-panda configuration featuring a black dial with contrasting silver-tone sub-dials (TW2Y93200).

Priced at $259.00 across both variants, the Q Timex Continental Chronograph provides a compact, 1970s-inspired profile with standard timing and speed calculation functionality.
